1 lb. of 21-25 peeled shrimp, deveined

Angel hair pasta

Assorted grape tomato

1 bunch of fresh basil

½ cup white wine

¼ cup butter

1/8 teaspoon cayenne

¼ teaspoon paprika

Start by cutting all your tomatos in half long ways and chopping basil into manageable pieces.  Bring pot of lightly salted water to a boil and add pasta.  Add a little olive oil to keep pasta from sticking together.  Cook pasta to al dente.  On a clean surface, season both sides of shrimp with cayenne and paprika mixture.  Bring sauté pan to a medium heat and add small amount of olive oil.  Sear both sides of shrimp until white all the way through.  Take out shrimp and set aside.  In the same pan, add tomatoes and cook for one minute.  Add ½ cup of white wine and allow to reduce.  When wine has reduced by half, stir in butter until a small amount of sauce has formed.  After sauce is made, mix together pasta, shrimp, and basil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
