Grilled top sirloin with sautéed Brussels sprouts and garlic
Brussels sprouts (what was saved from salad)
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
Salt and pepper
Steak Marinade
2 chopped shallots
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
4 sprigs of rosemary
½ cup worstershire
Sprinkle salt and pepper, shallots and garlic on each steak and top with rosemary sprig. Distribute worstershire equally amongst steaks, and stack them on top of each other to season all sides. Place all steaks in the same zip loc if possible. Marinate for at least one hour.
